Although not always necessary we advise booking a table to avoid disappointment. This is particularly important if you are wishing to join us for lunch as we can be particularly busy from 12.00pm until 1.30pm. We also encourage booking if you are planing on traveling especially to join us.

Blyton Ice Cream
Blyton Ice Cream are a family owned business famous for their delicious ice creams. With over 70 flavours you will be spoilt for choice! George Cook is now a Director in the business but his Grandmother and Grandfather started selling ice cream from a small, wooden shed in the 1980's they have come a long way since then and they now have 4 stores in Blyton, Brigg, Scunthorpe and Lincoln!
Flavours include your classic vanilla, chocolate, strawberry but you can also branch out and try flavours such as peach, popcorn and even spearmint!
George's favourite flavour is cookies and cream and he thinks the weirdest flavour is party ring as he said it really tastes like you are biting into a party ring! His favourite thing about working at Blyton Ice cream is being able to expand upon what his grandparents started and watching as the business grows. He says it is great being able to work with his family and they have built a great team.
George's Interesting Ice cream fact- Many people think ice cream was invented in Italy, however the first ice cream was actually made in China.
An interesting fact about Blyton Ice Cream... My grandfather actually made his own pasteuriser to start making his ice cream with in 1985, he had 7 failed attempts at it and on the 8th time he said if it doesn't work this time that'll be it, thankfully it worked, his first batch of ice cream was made and the rest is history!
Producing their ice cream just 20 miles from our farm shop here in Wragby and with over 20 awards under their belt you can be sure that it their ice cream is truly sensational and delicious!
